The meeting scheduled for tonight, 9/12/23, for 5th graders and their parents interested in band has been cancelled. Thank you to the parents that have secured their students instruments and have been proactive in getting their children involved in band. We are looking forward to new band students and hearing them in future concerts and programs.

There is still time to sign up for the 2023 Summer Boys Basketball Camp. Camp is from June 5 - June 8, 8 am to 10 am. The camp is for grades 3-8 (23-24 school year).
Cost is $25 per player and includes a camp t-shirt.
Junior High Softball vs. Winfield- Mt. Union at Pekin tonight May 23rd, has been cancelled.
Congratulations again to you seniors! Today marks the end of one stage and the opening of another. I wanted to send a couple quick reminders for you and anyone planning to attend graduation today.
- Graduation starts at 2pm in the high school commons. Doors will not open until 1pm.
- A group of 6 seats has been assigned to each family of the graduates. NHS members will escort you to your seats.
- Please remember this is a momentous occasion for all graduates so when your child’s name is called do your best to hold your applause until the end so everyone can hear all students names announced.
- At the end of the ceremony students will be encouraged to meet out in front of the school or in the high school commons. Please do not crowd the main hallway.
- If you are needing or wanting any additional photos on the stage you will be able to re enter after people have exited.
